  • Learn about health, wellness & fitness, while connecting with yourself and other amazing women.

Meet your hosts & teachers

Vanesa, creator of The Women’s Wellness Workshop.

She's a Women's Personal Trainer, and has always been passionate about sports, health and fitness.

She helps women in all stages of life to find and make time for themselves and their self-care through movement, and to make movement part of who they are. 

Vane will help you ease those aches and pains and gain quality of life long term, more energy and strength, through fitness, movement and an increased self-awareness. 

During the March 30th workshop, Vane will bring us a class to get moving, use our strength and feel energized and amazing as we are!

Lou is a 500-hour certified Yoga teacher, specializing in Restorative Yoga and Yoga for Hormonal Health.

Recognized for her blend of traditional and modern, Lou guides students through Asanas (postures), breathwork and meditation, to increase physical and emotional well-being.

She also uses a range of Yoga props to adapt the practice to every body.

In this workshop, Lou will help you to release muscular tension, calm the nervous system and find balance in body & mind with a short series of restorative yoga poses.

Dr. Malin Garemo is a Registered Dietitian and Doctor of Nutrition with 30 years of experience as a clinical dietitian, researcher, university professor, and expat mom.

Passionate about empowering women, she helps her clients take charge of their nutrition and lifestyle, ensuring a great return on their investment as they journey toward a healthier, more vibrant life.

In today's workshop, Dr. Malin will share expert insights on optimizing nutrition before and after training, helping you fuel for success and  build strength.
