“During the Spring program, I really enjoyed the flexibility of everything: the program itself, the exercises, the pace and check-ins. Vane made it easier to follow and keep up with it while taking into account our own personal realities.
Before starting the program, I was a bit worried about the level of the workouts and whether I would be able to keep up, but the workout plan was so well-built (and also had flexibility to adapt to our needs) that I had no issue following it, even when it was time to increase the strength.

I think what I enjoyed the most was paying attention to my body and feeling how it was getting stronger, little by little, in a very accessible and smooth way.
