After recovering from burnout and injury myself, I created a new way forward - one that honors strength, mobility, and real life.

Now I teach other women how to build sustainable strength from the inside out - no pressure, no shame, no all-or-nothing plans.

This is about reclaiming trust in your body and making movement a gift, not a punishment.
